ORLANDO, Florida, June 12, 2013 — Systems integrator Engaging Technologies recently installed more than 200 Hitachi Ultra Short Throw projectors in six schools throughout the Gretna Public School District in Nebraska. The district is standardizing on the Hitachi CP-AW250N and BZ-1 Ultra Short Throw projectors thanks to their high performance, reliability and ease of use. The Gretna Public School District called upon Engaging Technologies to equip the six schools with projectors in every classroom, which called for more than 200 projectors. Engaging Technologies began the project by installing Hitachi CP-AW250N Ultra Short Throw Projectors and later transitioned to the Hitachi BZ-1, installing more than 50 BZ-1 units since the project’s inception. “Out of the more than 200 units we placed in the school district, there have hardly been any issues with the Hitachi projectors,” said Dustin Frank, President, Engaging Technologies. Frank noted the District has been extremely happy with the Hitachi projectors’ quality. “The District has really enjoyed the Hitachi projectors and there were some things they really liked in particular—the Ultra Short Throw technology, which they had never seen before, along with the brightness and the flexibility to use the projector with virtually any computer software,” said Frank. In the near future, Engaging Technologies will also be installing 22 more BZ-1 projectors in Gretna High School, as some new classrooms have been added to the building. “The Gretna School District has continued to stay with the Hitachi Ultra Short Throw projectors,” Frank concluded. ”They have even brought in different schools outside the District to show the newly equipped classrooms and how they are using the technology.” For more information on Hitachi visit www.hitachi-america.us/projectors Follow Hitachi on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Hitachi-Projectors/131067323636829 Follow Hitachi on Twitter at http://twitter.com/#!/HALProjectors About Hitachi, Ltd.
