(NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Skymatter Limited, the developer of Mudbox 3D modeling software. Holland America Line will be converting all of its five-star fleet‘s theaters, discos and night clubs to Look Solutions‘ Unique hazers in the next two years. The first Holland America ship to make the change was the ms Rotterdam in 2005, and about half of the line has already switched over.
