Sound design & music company Brahmstedt White Noise was recently commissioned to work on a campaign for Sun Country Airlines. The commercials, directed by Joe Pytka for agency Brew, present a comical attitude towards the basic service customers have sadly expect from most airlines. Travelers always complain about the lack of complimentary food and drink, waiting times and staff insouciance. These are all included in the commercials, with Sun Country‘s staff asking ironic questions to a passive collective of customers. Would you like a hot, complimentary cheeseburger or nothing? Would you like us to open a new line or should Dawn here go on break? Would you like me to smile as you get on board or scowl? The customers all nonchalantly raise their hands in votes, with the outcome being weighted towards the customer care we‘d love to experience.
