Blind Brings on Three Legged Legs, Matthew Encina


The deep roster of talent represented by Blind is about to get even better with the signing of Three Legged Legs and CD Matthew Encina, both protégés of Blind founder/ECD Chris Do. Encina will join Blind’s roster, while the company will provide representation, management assistance, production support and creative support for Three Legged Legs.

Three-Legged Legs, which consists of Casey Hunt, Greg Gunn and Reza Resoli, is a versatile group of artists who have used an immersive process to build a client roster that includes AT&T, Activision, Amp Energy Drink, Amp’d Mobile, Chrysler, GE, Havaianas, McDonald’s, Microsoft Zune, NASCAR, ooVoo, Slim Jim, Sony Vaio, Sprint, Starbucks, Vizio, and Wrigley. The team has just delivered a Monster.com project for BBDO, with additional projects in the queue.

Nice Shoes Goes High Fashion


Nice Shoes recently teamed with fashion icon Mugler and Nicola Formichetti, Lady Gaga’s creative director and stylist, to work on the glossy and provocative new short fashion film “Brothers of Arcadia,” directed by Branislav Jankic and featuring music by Jessica 6.

The film, which features bronzed, muscled hunks modeling Mugler’s Spring/Summer men’s line, owes much of its inspiration to the baroque and classical architecture and sculpture of Rome where Formichetti grew up. And it owes much of its distinctive look to the editorial work and color grading provided by Nice Shoes, who was tapped for the prestigious job by Moving Image & Content, the agency that handles all of Mugler’s work.

Alcorn McBride Digital Binloop HD and Video Binloop systems are helping to make a visit to Give Kids The World Village a memorable experience for children and their families. Give Kids The World Village is a 70-acre, nonprofit “storybook” resort located near Central Florida’s most famous attractions. Children with life-threatening illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, no cost, fantasy vacations at the village.

Two Alcorn McBride Digital Binloop HD and two Video Binloop systems are deployed in a pair of key venues at the resort.

Each of the Wish Children visiting the village receives a golden star and an invitation from the Star Fairy to bring it to the Enchanted Castle of Miracles where they will make a wish on the star and more
