Keith Prestidge Joins HARMAN’s Studer Team to Head up Sales in Asia Pacific Region

Keith Prestidge joined HARMAN’s Studer team this week as Sales Director, Asia Pacific reporting to Adrian Curtis and with a brief to grow the expanding region in Broadcast and Performance installations for Studer audio mixing systems.

Keith, previously General Manager at Klotz Digital Asia, has resided in the territory for 15 years. He started his professional life as a hands-on radio broadcast engineer and has spent 20 years in the industry, which has included periods in Project Engineering and Sales.

When Big Show Construction Management needed AV support for an Art Basel Miami event showcasing former Hollywood director turned visual artist Marco Brambilla, it turned to Video Applications Inc.’s (VAI) Nashville office. Brambilla’s “Evolution (Multiplex),� a stereoscopic 3D video collage culled from thousands of movies, was called one of the most eye-opening events of the festival.

“Marco brought us in to produce the entire event from the site survey and coordinating content to providing crew, accommodations and local truss,� says Billy Kneissl of Big Show. “I spoke to every rental and staging house in Miami but no one could do what we needed to get Marco’s video on the screen. But VAI had the special 3D silver screen, projectors, technicians and a projectionist. They were the only ones who could meet our needs.�
