New York City, NY, February 2, 2011 — Gravity, an international creative content and brand communications company, has named Nic Seresin as VFX Supervisor/Lead Flame Artist for the company’s Commercials Group. In his new post, Seresin will lead VFX projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with directors on shoots. He will also oversee the company’s team of technical, artistic and production personnel on all related projects. Seresin will report directly to Gravity’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer, Zviah Eldar.

Hollywood, CA, Jan. 25, 2011 –Jay Silverman Productions and its founder Jay Silverman have produced and directed a special, pre-Superbowl television show for Rent-A-Center which will air on FOX TV on Feb. 6th, entitled “Inside the Rings.� Silverman has also directed a new Rent-A-Center commercial campaign featuring Troy Aikman and Hulk Hogan that will debut during that show’s telecast. ‘The Guardian Project’ short film premieres during NHL All-Star game; Project built and rendered in the Unreal Engine as part of proprietary House of Moves workflow

Vicon House of Moves (HOM), a leading motion capture and animation service company, was contracted by Guardian Media Entertainment (GME), a joint venture between the National Hockey League® (NHL) and SLG Entertainment led by Stan Lee of POW! Entertainment, to develop a short film as part of their launch efforts for new superhero franchise titled The Guardian Project.

Widely regarded as the world’s first studio monitor, the Lansing Iconic was inducted into the TEC Hall of Fame in ceremonies held at the 2011 NAMM show in Anaheim, January 15th.
