This follows Camp Digital’s purchase of the XA88x8.8BESM telephoto HD zoom lens in March 2009.

Nearly all of the shoots for Camp Digital are music and entertainment shows at locations all across the country. With a greater variety of lenses on hand and fewer sub-rentals, the production company is able to provide an all-inclusive price for clients.

Unit Specializes in 3D Production Services for 14,000 Feet Below Sea Level to Outer Space and Anywhere In Between

WOODS HOLE, MA, April 5, 2010 – The Advanced Imaging and Visualization Laboratory (AIVL) at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) – the world’s largest private, nonprofit ocean research, engineering and education organization – is expanding its 3D HD production services unit called Woods Hole Imaging Systems. NAB 2010 marks the unit’s official 3D début. Footage created by the Woods Hole Imaging Systems group can be seen within the NAB 2010 booths of Sony, JVC and other 3D-related equipment manufacturers.

Vizrt and ARC Science Simulations announce their first joint offering, which combines the Viz Engine real-time rendering system and ARC Science Simulations’ OmniGlobe digital spherical display to give global features a natural and realistic appearance.

The two companies met recently at a mutual clients’ location and immediately saw the possibilities of combining their technologies. Vizrt uses its Viz Engine to transform map and weather data into images that can be used with the OmniGlobe. Graphics are manipulated using Viz Engine and projected inside the OmniGlobe.
