(TMS), a leading digital distribution service provider to film studios, television networks, video distributors and independent content owners. TMS provides a wide range of digital encoding, electronic packaging and high-speed content delivery services, and possesses certified delivery access to all major online, broadcast media and VOD platforms. TMS will operate as Inception Digital Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inception Media Group, LLC. The transaction is expected to close by the end of February. more
