Marina del Rey, CA, Sept. 8, 2009 – Digital Octopus Studios has been formed as a new company that will develop and produce original, non-scripted reality television projects. Concurrently, Todd Portugal has been named President of Digital Octopus Studios.

Digital Octopus Studios launches with a slate of four original TV programs in various stages. Those projects are:
