UMLAUT WELCOMES NEW EDITOR INOME CALLAHAN

Most recently, Callahan was an editor at Radium where she recently completed a campaign for Adobe, and co-edited a documentary on human trafficking, which will tour with Amnesty International and screen at SXSW. Sound Lounge Takes Toyland by Storm for Ritz Bits

The Brief:

Peter Holcomb of New York-based Sound Lounge mixes the colorful audio for the island of misfit toys in this fun filled spot for Ritz Bits Sandwiches. A toy action hero uses the cheesy sandwich halves to suction his way up a glass window. Out of nowhere we see his nemesis cowering above him causing him to plummet from the height. Our ninja hero lands on a toy dinosaur who feeds him a Ritz Bits as a consolation for not getting the bad guy. Suddenly, we are amidst the chaos of an eminent volcano eruption. A multitude of different toys shriek and cry out over their seemingly doomed fate. A helicopter is brought in to drop a round Ritz Bits over the opening, thus averting disaster. Playful giggles and dramatic, suspenseful music accompany the spot throughout to instill a sense of child like wonder exploring a magical toy box. more
