In a new music video for Regina Spektor, Final Cut Editor Logan Hefflefinger worked closely with DNA Director Marc Webb to bring a whimsical and fun flair to “Better.”

The video features a multitude of Reginas, women in black dresses and voluminous curls, playing in different environments. These carefree scenes are inter-cut with close-ups of Spektor with her icy-blue, Soviet kitschy eyes. more

German model Heidi Klum and her husband, recording artist Seal, go for a joyride in the latest commercial for VW Tiguan. Final Cut Editor Stephen Berger worked closely with Stink Director Christoffer von Reis on the :35 spot, “Complementing,” created in English and German versions.

ERLANGER, KY, December 19, 2007—The S2-101AA Stereo Audio Power Amplifier is the latest additional to TV One’s functional S2 Series. It provides for a wide range of audio input connections including RCA jacks, Mini-Combicon Terminal jacks and a 3.5mm single ended jack to accommodate PC audio inputs. Washington, D.C.’s Edmund Burke School, a 300-student middle school and high school with a growing performing arts and theater production program, used Look Solutions’ CRYO-FOG low-fog system in a production of J.M. Barrie’s classic “Peter Pan.� The program stages productions in its own new theater each trimester.

The school deployed a demo unit, in combination with various lighting effects, to simulate Marooners Rock in the middle of the water. “It worked very well and gave us an interesting, spooky environment,â€? reports Jonathan Deull, director of production. “The CRYO-FOG created a nice, low fog that lasted and was easy to deal with. The unit is relatively quiet — an important factor when you’re doing a play in an intimate theatre space — and is compact, light and simple to operate. That’s important since the system was run and managed by our students — and they didn’t have any problems with it.â€? more
