Hands-On Film Workshops at Cine Gear

Kodak is hosting Stop By Shoot Film workshops on June 22 and 23 at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. during Cine Gear Expo 2007 here at the Wadsworth Theatre and Grounds. Classes will be offered in both 35 mm and Super 16 film formats. Stop By Shoot Film sessions are designed to provide hands-on opportunities to shoot various Kodak stocks with the latest cameras. Participants shoot their own footage under the guidance of an experienced cinematographer, and later receive a DVD of their work so they can see and learn from the results. GEPCO CABLES BRING HD TO MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY STADIUM

Michigan State University recently set out to refurbish a portion of its football stadium with 24 luxury suites, 862 club seats, a new press box, TV broadcast area, and office space. The renovation plans included improvements to all the media facilities. Many of the cable runs throughout the stadium, which are used primarily by national television networks, were over 20 years old and needed to be replaced.
