Look Solutions is pleased to announce the debut of the Tiny-Fogger 2007, the tiniest fog generator in the world. Made in Germany and known as the TINY F07, it is the modified successor of the battery-operated, programmable Tiny-Fogger. Its palm-sized dimensions enable it to be easily incorporated into costumes, props and scenery for use in special effects applications, theater, mega-musicals and movies.
The design of the TINY F07 and some of its components differ from the Tiny-Fogger. The new product features a higher-quality pump and more rugged vaporizer. The PCB is now sealed in an enclosure so fog can‘t back up into the machine potentially causing a malfunction. The TINY F07 has a momentary fog switch on the top of the fogger and an efficient Sleep-Mode. It operates with a smaller, lighter Lithium battery half the size of the former lead-acid battery. In addition, the TINY F07 comes in blue metalwork instead of silver. more

Journey revisits historic first ascent with original explorers
WAYNE, NJ, June 28, 2007 – It‘s been four decades since ten scientists and mountaineers completed the historic first climb of Antarctica‘s highest peak, Vinson Massif. On the fortieth anniversary of that epic journey, four of the original ten adventurers and two of their children returned to the stark, snowy terrain to relive their adventure.
Cinematographer and avid mountain climber, Juan Antonio Puyol of Proudline Productions, went along on the trip to document the journey in high definition using Fujinon‘s HTs18X4.2 ENG/EFP lens and JVC‘s GY-HD250 camera. The working title for the documentary is “Epic Return.” Now in post-production, it tells the story of the scientific contributions of the first exploration and how the world‘s coldest desert has changed in the last forty years. “Epic Returns: Revisiting the Top of the Bottom of the World” is also a personal story, describing the connection those brave explorers have to that landscape and each other several generations after their historic trek. more
The agency creatives at McCann Erickson/San Francisco called on the talents of POP Sound‘s Mitch Dorf for the final mix of a very unusual commercial. The :30 “Unremarkable” touts the “un-attributes” of the cars featured in Xbox‘s “Forza Motorsport 2.” The unique spot is currently airing nationwide.
With “Forza Motorsport 2,” Microsoft and Xbox 360 have unleashed their extraordinary new graphics in a game not really tainted by magical fantasy and indomitable heroes. Instead, the game title is an exciting and challenging “race simulation.” Created entirely from footage from “Forza Motorsport 2” and with a purposeful play on slick car ads, “Unremarkable” begins on an empty speedway. more

Sound design & music company Brahmstedt White Noise was recently commissioned to work on a campaign for Sun Country Airlines. The commercials, directed by Joe Pytka for agency Brew, present a comical attitude towards the basic service customers have sadly expect from most airlines. Travelers always complain about the lack of complimentary food and drink, waiting times and staff insouciance. These are all included in the commercials, with Sun Country‘s staff asking ironic questions to a passive collective of customers. Would you like a hot, complimentary cheeseburger or nothing? Would you like us to open a new line or should Dawn here go on break? Would you like me to smile as you get on board or scowl? The customers all nonchalantly raise their hands in votes, with the outcome being weighted towards the customer care we‘d love to experience. more
