Two-spot Effort Edited by Bob Frisk and Directed by Harvest Films’ Baker Smith for Ad Agency Venables, Bell & Partners Urges TV Fans to Literally Bring Home the Hit Show
San Francisco, CA (April 2, 2007)–As the hit HBO series The Sopranos draws to a close, ad agency Venables, Bell & Partners has tapped Phoenix Editorial & Designs editor Bob Frisk for a two-spot campaign promoting sales of The Sopranos on DVD. Directed by Harvest Films’ Baker Smith, the :30 commercials “Pole” and “Hair” feature laugh-out-loud scenarios inspired by the darkly comical characters and situations on the show. Calabasas, CA, April 2, 2007 – MusicBox, a leading music production company that provides thousands of cuts from its original music catalog, as well as original composition and scoring, to television programs, promos, feature films and commercials, marks a company milestone this month, with the release of five new CDs. As a result of the new releases, the company‘s library, comprised of collections entitled “MusicBox, “PromoBox,” “Cue” and “MusicBox Classics,” will now be comprised of 125 premium quality CDs, representing over 4,500 musical tracks. The announcement was made today by company co-founders/composers Joel Goodman and Dan Stein.
