Hollywood, CA, November 1, 2006 – Mdots has been named the Creative Agency of record for feature film production and distribution company North By Northwest Entertainment. The announcement was made today by Emmy Award winner Allan Wells, president/founder, and Marc Dahlstrom, Managing Director, Mdots.

Mdots has completed its first large scale print graphics project on behalf of North By Northwest in conjunction with that company‘s attendance at the American Film Market (AFM). This print work includes the design and production of movie posters, key art, brochures and fliers promoting five of the company‘s films. more

Burbank, CA (November 1, 2006) – BBC Motion Gallery, the footage licensing arm of BBC Worldwide and the exclusive global representative for the CBS News Archive, has provided a range of clips for use in the forthcoming drama Bobby, written and directed by Emilio Estevez. Bobby revisits the night Robert F. Kennedy was gunned down at the Ambassador Hotel in 1968. With an incredible ensemble cast, the film follows 22 individuals who are all at the hotel for different purposes but share the common thread of anticipating Kennedy‘s arrival at the primary election night party. This historic night is set against the backdrop of the cultural issues gripping the country at the time, including racism, sexual inequality and class differences. Bobby is a Weinstein Company presentation of a Bold Films production being released in limited theaters in the U.S. by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM) on November 17th and nationwide on November 23rd. more
