Apogee becomes public corporation

Apogee Sound has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bogen CommunicationsInternational. The company, now Apogee Sound International, designs andmanufactures loudspeakers, amps, signal processors and accessories for thepro audio industry. Ken DeLoria is president of the company.
