A taste of things to come from Doremi Labs: Sometime this
summer the company plans to bring to market a new HD playback device
called the Nugget. The 1 RU player handles HD (or SD) MPEG-2
video ranging from 5Mbps to 80Mbps and supports 720p and 1080i. A
removable ATA drive holds 180GB. Outputs include HD or SD SDI, YPbPr,
composite, and YUV video. Audio outputs include four-track analog and
two SP-DIF outputs compatible with AC-3 (5.1 surround).
