LiveWave Invited to Demonstrate Video's Homeland Security Applications

Senator Jack Reed (D-RI) has nominated LiveWave, Inc. to participatein a exposition in Washington, DC to inform federal procurement agentsand members of the U.S. Congress of the homeland security applicationsfor its remote video network technologies, products and solutions. TheSmall Business Homeland Security Expo 2002, co-chaired by SenatorsChristopher S. Bond (R-MO) and John F. Kerry (D-MA), will be held onWednesday, July 10, at the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The company will showcase two of its products at the expo:

--VirtualPerimeter, an advanced, remote video network securitysolution designed to monitor and protect assets using intelligentcamera networks.

LiveWave technologies are flexible, easily customized and can beintegrated into most legacy infrastructures. The Expo provides an opportunity for 50 select companies from aroundthe nation to showcase their products with critical applications forstrengthening homeland security. In addition to the company exhibits,Tom Ridge, director of the Office of Homeland Security and HectorBarreto, administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, willdeliver remarks during the Expo.
