RichFX Inc. says a new study shows that Spiegel.com, the onlinechannel of Spiegel Catalog, Inc., has doubled its customer conversionrates for selected items through the use of RichFX's proprietary zoomtechnology. As part of RichFX's Examine Solutions, this technologyallows consumers to view key product attributes in fine, life-likedetail regardless of Internet connection speed.

Among the other findings of the month-long study of visitors toSpiegel.com were these:

--On average, users who viewed products using the zoom technologyspent 30% more per visit and purchased more expensive items than thosewho did not use the technology.
