PROJECT MANAGER
Successful candidate will manage the integration and implementation ofnew broadcast related computer technologies that will help streamlineour daily production process. Specific responsibilities will includedeveloping project plans, supporting operating systems,maintaining/troubleshooting network connectivity/support issues, andproviding technical diagnosis of PC and Server equipment. You will alsobe called upon to configure and deploy newly acquired equipment to userlocations, interface with hardware/software vendors, and ensure allcorporate standards are met. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science or related field, supported by 5-7 yearsexperience with PC's and broadcast related hardware/softwaretechnologies. Technical background with Windows 2000 Serverfundamentals, Networking NT and Win2K Servers will be expected.Familiarity with Systems Management Server Administration, TCP/IP on NTNewsroom Automation systems also essential.
NETWORK ANALYST - 2nd Shift
In this role, you will support troubleshoot corporate PC hardware andsoftware as it pertains to our Production Department. Responsibilitieswill include providing both system and application support forend-users on NT computer systems, assisting with data backup andrecovery procedures, virus protection and anti-virus procedures, andproviding compatibility testing and installation support forworkstation hardware add-ons (modems, RAM, CD readers, sound cards,etc). To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent experience, along with a solid understanding of Networksand PC's. Basic knowledge of and the ability to troubleshoot andresolve problems with NT workstations, printers, document servers,modems, scanners and other shared network resources will be expected.Television production experience a definite plus.
