Rick Krause Joins Boxx Technologies as President and CEO

Austin, Tex. - August 29, 2001 - BOXX Technologies, a leadingprovider of digital content creation systems for the entertainment anddigital film industries, announced today that Rick Krause has joinedthe company as president and chief executive officer to head up thecompany's corporate growth. Krause recently served as vice president ofoperations and sales at Trademart Technologies in London, Ontario,recently renamed Visible Advantage Corporation. Prior to joiningTrademart Technologies, Krause was general manager of Siemens NixdorfInformation Systems in Austin and president and CEO of CompuAddCorporation in Austin. Founded in 1996, Austin, Tex.-based BOXXTechnologies produces digital content creation and distributionsolutions for the entertainment industry, running on the Windows2000/NT and Linux operating systems.
