Chief Engineer (Bismarck, ND) TV

KFYR-TV in Bismarck, ND with 3 Satellite stations is seeking a ChiefEngineer. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in VHF &UHF digital and analog broadcast systems and electronics. Five to Tenyears experience preferred. Must demonstrate ability to plan for thelong term and implement new technology. Must have a strong backgroundin the maintenance and repair of television broadcasting equipment,including microwave systems, fast paced news operations and ITcomponents and systems. Supervise maintenance staff. Act as liaisonwith all departments to ensure quality of station operations. Must be ateam player, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills amust. Knowledge of FCC rules essential.
