CABA in Alliance with ICIA for InfoComm 2003
The International Communications Industries Association, Inc. (ICIA)announced that the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA)is partnering with ICIA to bring the InfoComm audiovisual tradeshow,which will take place June 3-5, 2003 in Orlando, Fla., to the attentionof the building automation community.
“The InfoComm audience will be enriched by the presence ofCABA members at the show,” commented Randal A. Lemke, Ph.D.,ICIA’s executive director. “Early planning for integrationof audiovisual technologies is an important aspect of buildingautomation that’s sometimes overlooked. InfoComm is the idealopportunity for those involved to broaden their technical knowledge inthis critical area.”
CABA members will be encouraged to attend the show throughdistribution of promotional brochures, e-mail blast announcements,website links as well as an invitation to participate in the Spring2003 Home & Building Automation QUARTERLY. In return, ICIA isgiving CABA, as an association alliance partner, increased visibilityby recognizing CABA as an event endorser in the InfoComm 03 Show Guide,Show Daily, website and signage at the show. ICIA is also providingfree passes to CABA members to visit the InfoComm 2003 exhibition.
