Digibid Teams with eBay to Create Online Pro Audio/Video Outlet

Digibid (www.digibid.com), an Internet-based auction company, hasteamed with eBay to create the online Pro Outlet Center forentertainment technology equipment. The agreement will enablemanufacturers, dealers and distributors of products, such as musicalinstruments, pro audio, video, DJ and lighting equipment to useDigibid's platform to reach eBay's 42 million registered users in ahighly visible yet cost-effective and efficient manner.

Digibid was developed to manage the auction sales operations forretailers and equipment manufacturers as well as large end-users thatwant to liquidate new, used, overstock, B stock, returns and othermerchandise. Digibid provides many features that enable its vendors toextend their reach to new buyers via eBay's marketplace, thus creatingan "Online Pro Outlet Center" for entertainment technologymerchandise.
