Successful candidates will be involved in the ongoing support andinstallation of our ground breaking server based production system atESPN's facility.

Responsibilities will include diagnosing system issues, installationand configuration of equipment and software and providing ongoingsupport for the system during live programming. (Some shift workwill be required.)
New York, NY

Responsibilities of this position include diagnosing productproblems, installation and configuration of equipment and answeringcustomer engineering questions over the phone as well as on site.
The above positions requires the ability to develop an excellentrapport with customers whilst maintaining a high level of technicalcompetence relative to both Quantel products and industry standards.Experience in IT and IT infrastructure a must, experience in postproduction and broadcast environment a definite advantage.
