Field Broadcast Engineer/Technician

is deploying a nationwide media-casting wireless network to deliverhigh quality video and audio programming to handheld mobile telephonesutilizing remote UHF TV broadcasting facilities. The primary role forthis position will be field deployment, operations andmaintenance of high power transmitters and satellite subsystems as wellas associated infrastructure.

In addition, you will also aid in the installation, commissioningand integration of these new facilities into the network usingdepartmental provided test procedures. You will be responsible for allscheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as emergency restorativeprocedures.

• 3-5 years experience with digital TV broadcast, cellular, RF or KuBand satellite systems.

• Technical degree or military experience required.

• FCC license and SBE certifications are a plus.
