BROADCAST OPERATIONS - BROADCAST ENGINEER (TV)

Bloomberg TV has a challenging opportunity within theBroadcast Engineering Group. Responsibilities include but are notlimited to:

• Coordinating and performing maintenance of equipment as neededto support live broadcast operations.
• Troubleshooting production/on-air issues.
• Updating transmitter/shift logs, conducting tests anddiagnostics evaluations, and executing checklists to discoverequipment and/or system anomalies.
• Coordinating and installing new components and systems, as wellas creating and update engineering documents and diagrams.

The qualified applicant will have a minimum of 12-18 monthsexperience in a Help Desk environment and must possess excellentcommunication skills. The ideal person should be a team player,calm under pressure, able to multi-task, have superiortrouble-shooting skills and be customer focused.
