DESCRIPTION:
Bloomberg's Broadcast Operations Team drives a 24/7 globalfinancial news operation, including service to over 100 USaffiliates. As a Technical Operator, you will have involvement inall aspects of production including Audio, Master Control andTechnical Directing. Your proficiency in broadcast, pc/software,and strong interpersonal skills will be utilized in a liveproduction environment. We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable,team players that thrive under pressure. Operators will also beresponsible for documentation, as well as provide cross training ofpeers on all equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of technical operations,including fundamentals of audio and video. Qualified candidateswill have experience as TD, audio operator, or within mastercontrol. The ability to troubleshoot audio/video problems,comprehension of equipment and techniques in the area of broadcasthardware and automation systems, as well as satellite/fibertransmission are desired. Must be proficient with PC systems:Excel, Word, Visio, file management and networking. BA/BSPreferred
