News 12 Westchester is looking for a Director of Operations toensure the highest quality production and distribution of programsacross all platforms, analog, digital, interactive for our 24-hournews operation.

• Ability to manage all aspects of planning and production toinclude annual operating budgets.
• Ability to hire and train managers, supervisors and staff.
• Oversee scheduling of staff & resources to maximizeoperational efficiencies.
• Proficiency required in all technologies, knowledge of fieldand studio production, editing & post-production, mastercontrol, engineering and computers.
• Excellent leadership and team- building skills req'd.
• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ten years of expin television production and operations pref'd.
• Five years of su- pervisory exp pref'd.
