John Baisley Named President of Panasonic Broadcast

SECAUCUS, N.J. -– Panasonic System Sales Company (PSSC) hasannounced that John Baisley has been appointed president of its unitcompany, Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems Company. Mostrecently, Baisley had served as general manager of planning for PSSC.In his new role, Baisley will be responsible for all sales of thecompany’s wide range of broadcast, professional video, andpresentation products and systems.

"John has the proven trackrecord and the business acumen that makes him ideally suited to helpshape the company’s future."

For the past 18 years, Baisley has been with Panasonic and has heldnumerous executive management positions, including vice president ofplanning and sales administration, and vice president of businessdevelopment for Panasonic Broadcast, and general counsel for thePanafax Corporation, which merged with Matsushita Electric Corporationof America in 1989.

Baisley holds a juris doctor (J.D.) degree from Brooklyn Law Schooland a masters in business administration (M.B.A.) from Baruch College– City University of New York. He and his family reside inHolmdel, N.J.
