Video Engineer (San Diego, CA)

Channel 4 San Diego - Cox Communications' innovative,hyper-local television station is looking for a highly motivated VideoEngineer to join our team. We are "The Padres Channel," producing 145Major League Baseball games each season. Channel 4 produces over 200live events each year, including high school, college and professionalsporting and cultural events from two state-of-the-art mobileproduction units. We also produce a year-round lineup of live and tapedprograms from an all-digital ENG/EFP, non-linear productionfacility.

Applicants will have a B.S./B.A. in Broadcasting, Electronics, orequivalent and at least 3 years related work experience in broadcasttelevision production or electronic repair/maintenance of broadcasttelevision equipment. Responsible for design and setup of videoproduction systems. 50% travel. Class B CDL (or upgrade to it)required.
