Digital Projection Purchased From IMAX Corporation

December 12, 2001 - Digital Projection International (DPI) todayannounced that a management team led by Managing Director BrianCritchley has successfully concluded the purchase of the company fromIMAX Corporation.

The announcement marks a return to independent ownership for DigitalProjection International and its subsidiaries DP, Ltd. in the UK andDP, Inc. in the United States.
