Field Engineering Manager, MDU - Mumbai based
A qualified graduate engineer with a minimum of five years experiencein the design and implementation of Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) L banddistribution systems. Professionals with a Higher Certificate in arelevant discipline and a strong record of experience will also beconsidered. Candidates must be highly motivated, proactive andteam-orientated with strong management and leadership skills.

Knowledge of the Indian workplace and culture is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design of cost effective and reliable L band distribution systemsfor MDU, using CAD tools and type-approved equipment

• Selection of equipment to be used for L band distribution

• Selection of MDU system installation companies

• Management of a MDU group responsible for system design, equipmenttype approval, installer training, development of trainingdocumentation, and system quality control

• Ensure on-time installations to meet customer demand

• Installation scheduling and team management

• Preparing and managing annual operating budgets
