Phoenix Film Festival Announces 2004 Call for Entries
Do you make movies or know someone who does? The Phoenix FilmFestival has announced their official Call For Entries, beginningOctober 15, 2003 and running through December 31, 2003. Filmmakers cansubmit feature-length and short films for consideration to the fourthannual Phoenix Film Festival, which has become one of the fastestgrowing film festivals in the country.
“We are looking for the next Clerks or ElMariachi, said Program Director Greg Hall, “Films that aremade outside the Hollywood system, for lower budgets than mostblockbusters, with true independent vision and creativity. Our Festivalis known internationally for showcasing the best of low budgetfilmmaking and we look forward to another successful year.”
The Phoenix Film Festival showcases both feature-length movies andshort films in such categories including Narrative, Animation, College,High School, and Foreign Films with a Competition for Low Budget FilmProductions.
