Tickets Go On Sale For AICP Show & Brand Integration Honors
NEW YORK -- The Association of Independent Commercial Producers(AICP) has announced that tickets to the most sought after advertisingevent in New York are now available. The 12th Annual AICP Show, The Art& Technique of the American Television Commercial, takes place June9th at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. A gala reception and buffetdinner in the dramatic Temple of Dendur in the Sackler Wing and theCarroll and Milton Petrie European Sculpture Court, will follow thescreening in the museum’s Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium.
Preceding the Show is a new morning program, the inaugural AICPBrand Integration Honors, presented in recognition of a trend inascendance—how advertising and entertainment are becomingentwined, and the sophisticated projects that are carrying forwardbrand messages. The Brand Integration Honors will take place at theMoMA at The Gramercy Theatre, also on June 9th. Keynoting the event isJames L. McDowell, Vice President of Marketing for BMW of North AmericaLLC.

The AICP Show honors the craft of commercial film production and theprofessionals whose visions shape the industry. Commercials will behonored in 22 technical and artistic categories. Almost 400 advertisingindustry professionals participated in the judging process. Spotsselected for inclusion in the AICP Show become part of the permanentcollection of The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York as they haveevery year since the Show’s inception.
