Globalstor Announces OEM Partnership with FPC Inc, a Kodak Company

CHATSWORTH, CA-– Globalstor Data Corporation today announcedan OEM partnership with FPC, Inc, the premier supplier ofpostproduction products and services to the motion picture industry inHollywood and a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Entertainment ImagingGroup. The agreement is part of a strategic initiative by Globalstor toexpand support for TransPro for DVD, their latest solution for themotion picture and post- production industries.

Globalstor Data's TransPro is a complete dailies mastering system,capable of producing quality DVD discs with features to rival discscreated by expensive service bureaus. Automatically-generated DVD menusand scene/take chapter-points give directors, producers and actorsclear and immediate access to the day's shoot. These discs can then beused to assess even fine details including camera angles, make-up andlighting, which can then be revised in the next shoot. The end resultis greater artistic control over the entire movie making process,considerable budget savings and a better quality final product.
