ITVA-DC Announces the Call for Entries for the 2003 PEER Awards

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The International Television Association,Washington, D.C. chapter (ITVA-DC) is now accepting award entries forits annual PEER Awards competition. Deadline for entries is June 13,2003.

Those who have contributed to the production of broadcast andnon-broadcast media may submit entries in ten categories with nearly 30different sub-categories. Entries must have been produced between June1, 2002 and June 13, 2003. For online entry application and feeinformation go to www.itvadc.org.

"This year, ITVA-DC is once again reaching out to all mediaprofessionals who are working within the mid-Atlantic region," saidRick Finley, president of ITVA-DC. "These are highly skilled, creativeindividuals and the PEER Awards is a great showcase for honoring thislocal and regional talent."

From Washington, D.C to Wilmington, Delaware and everywherein-between, media professionals-including talent, editors, make-upartists, producers, directors of photography and a host of otherqualified individuals-may submit their work.

Entry fees range from $50.00 (for ITVA-DC members) to $200.00depending on category.

Entrants who wish to become members, may do so and take advantage ofITVA's discounted entry fees.
