Discreet Announces "Advanced 3D and Visual Effects Training" at SIGGRAPH
Discreet, a division of Autodesk Inc., announced today that it willsponsor and teach 3ds Max and Combustion advanced training sessions inpartnership with Oregon 3D (http://www.oregon3D.com) duringSIGGRAPH 2003. The Advanced Training series will run from Monday, July28th to Wednesday, July 30th at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel--a 5minute walk from the San Diego Convention Center. The Discreet AdvancedTraining classes will allow customers to discover why leading industryexperts are using 3ds Max software for game development, motion picturevisual effects and design visualization. Artist Gary M. Davis willinstruct courses on Discreet Combustion software, as it is used fordesktop visual effects, paint, color correction and compositing withintegrated workflow for 3ds Max.
Courses range from $99 for one course to $599 for the completeseries (when registered before July 11th 2003).
