The company toutsthe multi-platform DiMeda 3600 as combining the performance of aSAN with NAS ease of use. Demonstrations at NAB will highlight itsrealtime ingest and playback of content and file sharing amongheterogeneous clients. FibreStore 2210 scales up to 100 disks and 12TB.The 3600 offers double the performance of its predecessor, the 2400,with throughput of up to 2400Mbps via dual Gigabit Ethernet ports perappliance node and 2Gbps Fibre Channel back-end storage. A bandwidthmanagement software option allows administrators to prioritize and putrate limits on clients.
