At CEDIA 2007, SunBriteTV introduced a toughened-up LCD television designed for the great outdoors. The 46in. all-weather 4600HD features a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated aluminum enclosure. A baffled and filtered quad-fan airflow system cools the unit in temperatures up to 122 degrees F. An internal thermostatically controlled heater activates automatically when the TV's internal temperature dips to 32 degrees F. The unit delivers a 1366×768 image with a 1600:1 contrast ratio. An anti-reflective, impact- and scratch-resistant window built into the enclosure protects the screen. Even the operating controls are sealed against rain and moisture.
