These days, to be really useful, displays must have connections — Ethernet connections. Sampo Professional equips its LME-42X8 with exactly that. The 42in., WXGA-res, Ethernet-enabled LCD HDTV was introduced at InfoComm 2005. Its 16:9 aspect ratio screen offers a native resolution of 1366×768 with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and brightness of 500cd/m². The LME-42X8 supports 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i SDTV/EDTV/HDTV, and NTSC video signals. Features include dual high-definition component video inputs, Digital Visual Interface (DVI) with HDCP support, RGB input and output, RCA audio input and output jacks, composite, S-Video, subwoofer output, and detachable side-mount speakers.
