Weighing less than 1lb., the carbon fiber tripod supports camera loads up to 5.5lbs. The G0027 features Gitzo's dual-jointing technology, HIS (Hybrid Interconnecting System), which the company says provides greater strength and stability when compared to similar-sized tripods.
