With a minimum length of just 20in., it's easy to store the Traveler. Meanwhile, this new six-section pole extends to reach 79in. Constructed of lightweight aluminum tubing, the Traveler uses K-Tek's proprietary “captive collett,” which the company says ensures jam-resistant coupling. The boom pole also includes the company's unique pole top featuring cable retaining slots and a replaceable stainless steel threaded mounting stud.
