5/14/2012 10:54 AM Eastern

Photographer Michael Forsberg and NET Television's Michael Farrell have teamed up for a long-term time-lapse project that will document the ebb and flow of the Platte River. Forty-five cameras set up at different locations along the river will take one photo for every daylight hour of each day.

The project can be followed via the Platte Basin Time-Lapse website here. (via PetaPixel)
