Three behind-the-scenes videos take a look at the making of the upcoming British mini-series Titanic, penned by Downton Abbey's Julian Fellowes.
In the first video, learn from production designer Rob Harris about the making of the ship in Hungary's Stern Studio and the attention to historical detail and accuracy.
The second video focuses on the visual effects that were completed at Rocket Science in Toronto. Says director Jon Jones, "One of the principle ideas we had was to not have the CGI sort of dominate, but to actually have the CGI sinking the ship and stuff be in the context of people trying to survive."
Finally, any recreation of the famous 1912 sinking has to involve some fantastic costumes. (via Televisual)
