    Default ProRes 422 LT 24@25

    Hi everybody,
I am familiar with 24@25 workflow with dv pal footage, but I wont to move in HD format on my next project. Film will be shot on 35mm 3 perf at 24fps, then telecined to HDcam tapes at 25fps for editing. I will capture footage as ProRes 422 LT at 25fps, and than conform it to 24 in FCP.
    Did anybody tried this workflow?
Is everything ok with ProRes 422 LT conforming?
The only preset for 24@25 sequence in FCP is for DV Pal only.
Should I telecine at 24fps and use 24p HDcam tapes?
    Mishka?
    Anybody?

It shouldn't be a problem. You can always duplicate and modify any FCP preset to match your workflow. However I recommend telecine to 24 fps. Just make sure it is true 24, not 23.98.
