Default changing fonts and colors within LiveFonts

Is there a way to change the attributes, particularly color and fonts within a livefont setting?

The LiveFonts are of themselves. You can't change them, although some can have their color changed in the attributes inspector.

Actually you can change all the attributes of a LiveFont with one exception. The actual animation. Example is "Bar" that is a gold LiveFont with the light shimmer. That animation cannot be changed but you can get some really neat effects by changing the color.

Some of the LiveFonts have build in loops too, such as Burn Barrel. The loop will allow the font to continue to burn and then after all the loops have completed the fire will burn out as normal.

I'm kinda new to Livefonts. How can I change the "Script" livefont color from red to white or any other color?
    Thanks,
    Kevin

Select the text. Go to the Attributes tab in the inspector and change the color there.

Not in LiveFonts. They don't behave like other fonts. They are actually scalable animations, not true fonts.

    Sorry.

You can use Filter>Color Correction> colorize, channel mixer, sepia, tint, or a few other options to change the color. It's a little bit of a duct tape solution, but it'll get the job done.

Actually, a tad of trivia, LiveFonts are actual QT movies encoded specifically for this purpose.
