Default Looking for a good book on setting up the sony EX1R

    Hi there,
Im going through the manual of the EX1 to find out about its shutter speed works. It basically tells you there is a button here and there it a button there, but not the difference is between setting.
So i would like to find a book which explains the insides of this EX1 which i think works great.
Anyway, suggestions for further reading on or offline welcome.

Shutters speed is simple, it's the amount of time light is allowed to hit the sensor. Fast speed means less light, slower means more light. Faster means you need more brightly lit subjects, slower works with lower light. Faster means you get sharper images, slower means more motion blur. Fast for sports, slow for interviews.

Shutters speeds with video are not use the same as in still photography. Check out PMW-EX1 Field Guide by Vortex Media. They also offer tutorials on DVD.

I agree with Rick. Vortex Media have an excellent training video for the Sony EX1. We've also used their video for the FS100 and FS700, well worth the investment.
