    Default Oh No! now Avid is at it...

    So FCPX is for amateurs because it is cheap and you can use it without months of training - and if it was for professionals it wouldn't have direct links to Facebook and Youtube.

    And then Avid goes and does this:

    I don't see anything wrong with that and Apple has iMovie for the iPad, etc. Actually, the 1st video editing package I ever worked with was Avid VideoShop and it was free, it came in a bundle with a Mac 8500, I think.

    My husband proposed to me with a video he edited on Avid VideoShop on a beige pizza-box G3!!
