Thread: format for iPad 2

    Default format for iPad 2

I have been asked to deliver a small video that I am making in FCS3 into both a DVD (and/or something to be played on a laptop) and something that can be played on an iPad. Seems the clients want to continuously show the footage in the background at a trade show booth. Any suggestions as to what format for the iPad?
    thanks

Use Apple Devices > HD for Apple Devices or SD, depending on the source footage.

Use the Apple TV preset. It's the best to use. I encode for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, etc. daily and we have fond the Apple TV preset to be the best quality universally.

That's the same setting, one for HD and one for SD...
